Core need is to emulate 204 message that Descartes TMS sends to Truckers under EA DOM project based on info collected into CT2 DB from Load Plan we receive.

This emulated message is to be sent to D2L.

This was requested by Arden.

204 is to be generated for each load plan we receive.

An EDI 997 transaction set should be sent by D2L to be sure they received 204 and that it is correct.

This transaction set can be used to offer (tender) a shipment to a (normally full load) motor carrier including detailed scheduling, equipment requirements, commodities, and shipping instructions pertinent to a load tender.
