We do have the ability to deactivate user's account and create a new account. However, please be advised that is there are any shipments created by the previous e-mail address, that are still not approved, you will not receive the dispatch confirmation e-mails.
If you want to keep previous accounts for a while, kindly advise us the date of deactivating of each account.
