These are shipments that a 3rd Jaguar Freight office handles only the billing for the CT record. For example, Coty Germany has an ocean export shipment going to Coty Shanghai, China and Coty Sanford in the USA has to pay all of the charges involved for the entire shipment. So JFS London arranges for the ocean export and assigns their ocean export file reference number. Then JFS Shanghai arranges for the ocean import and assigns their ocean import reference number. Now JFS NY gathers all of the charges from both JFS London & JFS Shanghai, to arrange the billing to Coty USA and they assign their reference number under the 3rd party reference field. That number will be used on the invoice that is created and sent to Coty USA.
