Elizabeth Arden needs a Web Portal that will achieve the following main goal: "putting right people in contact with the supplier" (Bill Babushak).

Existing CyberTrax web portal should support two additional user roles:
- Shipper
- Planner
It is possible for one person to have more than one user role. For example one user could be a client and a shipper. This user will have access to client features as well as shipper features.
