This wiki defines SUPPLIER SHIPMENT SCORECARD Arden Jaguar Jewel Lawrence BP
Summary
Every Morning Jaguar gets an email called EOD (stands for End of Day) and it is a report of what was loaded onto the Lawrence Trruck to Virginia the night before. This is called the Lawrence manifest. Jaguar operator takes the information on manifest to enter it into a specific excel spreadsheet called the scorecard. Jaguar operator inputs information everyday on the spreadsheet and every Monday morning, the operator sends a copy to Elizabeth Arden for the purpose of then assessing how much freight they send to Virginia on a daily and weekly basis.
Use Case
Normal Flow of Events
1) Jewels (Truck transportation company) emails EOD (End of Day) to Jaguar everyday
2) Jaguar operator inputs data (Trailer#, Truck loaded date at Jewels, Number of total pallets on the truck, and Total weight on the truck) from EOD to Supplier shipment scorecard everyday to 1 week spreadsheet (1 spreadsheet per week)
NOTE: Supplier shipment scorecard is a spreadsheet that Elizabeth Arden pre-designed and gave it to Jaguar to enter information
3) Jaguar operator sends a supplier shipment scorecard spreadsheet to Elizabeth Arden Every Monday morning for a week of truck shipment report
