CT2 Release Procedure

Contents 1 stop Tomcat 2 make a backup of the webapp folder 3 create a mysqldump of Cybertrax Internal database 4 delete Internal webapp dir 5 Patch DB for New Release 6 start tomcat 7 deploy war file with New Release from tomcat manager

stop Tomcat

go to /opt/tomcat/bin [7:00:12 PM] Paul Min: as root [7:00:22 PM] Paul Min: type ./shutdown.sh [7:00:29 PM] Paul Min: pkill -9 java

make a backup of the webapp folder

create a mysqldump of Cybertrax Internal database

delete Internal webapp dir

Patch DB for New Release

start tomcat

deploy war file with New Release from tomcat manager
