This article describes a standard Users Selector component of Cybertrax system (CT2).
Data
We have these types of CT2 Users:
- Jaguar User
- Non-Jaguar User
CT2 Users perform User Role(s) and this can affect on contents of the Selector.
Design
In depends of using we can vary some visual parameters:
Look & Feel
- Widget:
- Dropdown Listbox
- Combobox (a.k.a Searchbox)
- Selection: Single-select VS Multi-select
- Information (one line VS two lines):
- FName + LName + (@) OR Names only OR @ only
- 1st line = @, 2nd line = FName + LName
- Ordering:
- key field
- ascending/descending
- Additional options:
- Internal/Client UI
- Images (icons)
- Formatting (e.g. grey non-active)
Restrictions
- Show/Hide archived and/or non-active
- User Role specific
Default set
- User Role specific data
- Combobox - One line info - Multiselect - Ordered by ascending by First name - Hide archived
Where is used
- Admin
- Client Company - Sales Person
- Client Application Admin - BCC List
- Acc - EDI Sales Invoices Admin (Data2Logistics, Trendset) - Email notification
- Acc - CT Ref Admin - CT Ref Numbers Settings - Account Managers
- ICom & Com tabs
- Reports (including scheduled)
