    • Requirements Phase - completed
  • July 16 - 20 (1 week):
    • Elco visit + Alex's PTO
  • July 23 - Aug 3 (2 weeks):
    • Solution (Architecture/Design) Phase - completed

August

Week of Aug 6 to 10

  • Mon, 6: Review of Solution (Marc/Alex), collecting feedback (significant changes requested)
  • Mon-Fri: work on Final Version

Week of Aug 13 to 17

  • Mon:
    • Final version of Solution completed and disseminated
    • Suggested Breakdown of Tasks disseminated
  • Tue:
    • Breakdown of Tasks approved
    • Mantises created; developers assigned for estimation
  • Fri:
    • Tasks estimated
    • Project Schedule / Release Date adjusted accordingly to estimates
