Concepts and Glossary
At this moment we see 2 families of DR/KPI reports:
- Action Required
- All others (cost per unit, etc)
They differ in visual representation as well in how they are administered.
There is another classification by access (internal vs external).

- 1/ Develop professional look and feel for DRs interface, particularly interactive plots, bar charts, etc - 3131

- 11/ Advance user groups concept (define operations groups, link to office and teamleads, etc)
- 12/ Clarify requirement for 2nd level for internal KPIs

- 14/ Add specific "external" DRs/KPIs (generic Cost KPIs, Times KPIs, Average loads KPIs, Total cost KPIs, etc)
