0002762: (Acc: SI&II) add a small letter “v” next to the items that have been charged with a VAT

This will advise Customers which charges on the invoice is subject to VAT.

[edit] Business Requirements

The invoice should now show a small letter V next to the amounts that VAT is applied against.

The letter V should print out on the invoice PDF next to each line amount, that is subject to VAT.
