Commodity Table section

• this section has exactly same functionality as Commodity Table section in Ocean Delivery Order

Multipage case

• 1 If commodity section is too large, system must generate additional pages
• 2 logic is same as for Ocean DO pdf except spec#3 below:
• 3 commodity table on a first page does not show anything but statistics for all containers, see two links below

• 2] content inside box allignment - as on Sales inv
• 3] labels - no need to put inside gray box
• 4] commod table must be as wide as the doc (now it is not)
