Subcomponents

This components consists of the following subcomponents:

  • Main menu
  • Top 5
  • RSS News
  • Quote of the Day
  • Testimonials
  • Weather
  • Financial

Main menu

Specs

ss1) This is just a link and image for main section on the web site.

ss2) On all other pages this turns into just text based bar and includes "Home" link.

ss3) This homepage consists of 7 main sections for the subcomponents.

ss4) Main menu subcomponent consists of 5 main links for the web site which are Watch List, Shipment List, Where Is, Reports, and MAWB Tracking menu.

  • each link has interesting image that associate with
  • button stage has to be active as 3D highlight

Top 5

Specs

Qn) In case of new account this would show up empty. Is it OK? If not, options:

  • hide it if empty
  • show it as minimized (best?)

Ans) For the new accounts, Top 5, it will show Undefined of MOT with ? graphic MOT and message saying that "Nothing is currently on Top 5" for all 5 records for default.


ss1) This is a mini version of Watch List. It is a subset of Watch list that satisfy the following conditions:

  • For the new accounts, Top 5, it will show Undefined of MOT with ? graphic MOT and message saying that "Nothing is currently on Top 5" for all 5 records for default.
  • For the existing accounts, Top 5 is a subset of Watch List that users picked in order to monitor on the Watch List


ss2) Top 5 from Watch List subcomponent must be able to display brief information about shipments for the top 5 on the list.

  • brief information consists of MOT(graphics), Nickname, CT#, Auth, Collected, Dept, Arr, Deliv, and CC
  • each column header should have a full name displays as mouse moves over. For example, when user would like to know what CC is, user can put a mouse over "CC" and it will show a full name of CC as Custom Clearance
  • There is a bar to display a time line of shipments from Auth, Collected,...to CC with the following conditions:
    • Auth logic - this field is mapped to the "19. Authorized on" field n CT2(Internal)-> Gen tab
      • If "19.Authorized on" field is not empty, show a solid bar** Collected logic - this field is mapped to the actual picked up date field
    • Collected logic
      • AIR - this field is mapped to the "General tab, #10"
        • If "10.Actual Export Pickup Date:" is not empty, show a solid bar
      • FCL - this field is mapped to all "Actual dates" need to ensure the logic with Alex and Simon
        • If all actual dates (Exp tab, #11c,#12c, #13c, #14c, and #15c) are not empty, show a solid bar
        • If at least 1 actual date from (Exp tab, #11c,#12c, #13c, #14c, and #15c) is not empty, show a non-solid bar(shaded bar)
    • Dept logic
      • AIR - this field is mapped to the "Exp tab #11c" or "Origin terminal Actual Date"
        • If "11c Export tab" is not empty, show a solid bar
      • LCL - this field is mapped to the "Exp tab #12c" or "Port of load Actual Date"
        • If "12c Export tab" is not empty, show a solid bar
      • FCL - this field is mapped to the "Exp tab #12c" or "Port of load Actual Date"
        • If "12c Export tab" is not empty, show a solid bar
      • Trucking Air - this field is mapped to the "Gen tab #10"

Qn) Is it last 5 added? Or need something else. Simon mentioned that he wants user to select top 5 recs from Watch list.

Ans) Simon said he would like clients to be able to manually choose their top 5 from Client Watch List

Use cases

uc1) The Fresh account, Top 5 from Watch List will show "Undefined records" with message saying " Nothing is currently on Top 5" for a default.

uc2) The existing account, Top 5 from Watch List will show the top 5 list that user picked from watch list

uc3) results of Top 5 must be synchronized to top 5 on watch list and displayed correctly for every field

uc4) there is a progression bar to indicate a time line of shipment on the Top 5 from watch list as conditions above on Top 5 Spec section about Auth,

ss1) RSS News Feed consists of the latest news feeds form the client's selected news site(s).

  • the six latest headlines should show.
  • default to BBC for the fresh accounts

Quote of the Day

ss1) Quote of the Day contain an inspirational quote each day randomly generated from a website that is to be determined and reliable.

Testimonials

ss1) This section links to an endorsement of Jaguar by customer. The source is mapped from CT2 App CyberTrax-> admin-> client application and it can be added, edited, or deleted simply on the testimonials tab.

Weather

ss1) This section will contain a widget brief information about a local weather. Widget has an edit link for user to search for weather in different city/country.

Financial

ss1) This section must show a world financial market.

Number of Tweaks

tw1) update "Equity and Advisor Search" to "World Financial Market"

tw2) Weather section - update link to user local weather. Right now it only show NY weather to every user around the world

tw3) Update main menu and main menu bar label for "List All" to "Shipment List"

tw4) Update label for "Picked" from Top 5, Watch List, and Shipment List (List All) to "Collected"
