Descartes
Currently we have 2 supported EDI BP with Descartes TMS & Air Status and below is all relevant contact information should IT need to get involved with EDI changes.
TMS
We are now supported by Descartes Customer Support Team. The EA Dom team sends their TMS issues directly to Descartes Customer Support Team.

IT needs not to get involved with such requests unless:
1. A new change request is received for file mapping.
2. New TMS functionality needs to be turned on.
3. Add something new to the TMS for JFS.
