• 3 Career plan for BAs (clear career path, to be strong value for Jaguar and on the Market in general)
• 4 Formal IT training
• 5 Airstatus / EUAN team (I am completely out, Tira is a lead to deliver)
• 6 Rates module and SA team development will be my focus for the next several months
