- create preliminary proj plan (with Development Manger)
- create team / resource allocation (with Development Manger)
- organize project kick off meeting (present plan, explaine responsibilities, etc)
- get project updates
- send project updates
- resolve conflicts, delays, risks, issues, etc
- organise project post mortem
