Incoterms

  • Pick up request (email from Coty US to Jag oper NY)
  • Dock Receipt (to truck company)
  • Truck comp brings empty container to oD and once loaded notify Jag about cont# and seal#
  • send IMO to Steamship line (prelim and final)
  • enter info into AES, get ITN#
  • send Shippers letter of instructions (MBL) to Steamshipline
  • create HBL
  • send pre-alert to Jag HK after it is confirmed that it is left the port
  • wait until it arrives to file away (HK oper will notify, OOCL will fax/email them)
