Sales Demo Environment

Intro

Sales Demo Environment is a separate copy of Cybertrax system created and maintained specifically to use as a demo to Jaguar customers.

This system has its own database that holds a snapshot of real data from production environment. This snapshot is periodically updated. (Approximately every 1-3 months).

It is also accessible through its own URL:

• Internal Application Demo Environment: http://demo.jaguarfreight.com/internal/
• Client Application Demo Environment: http://demo.jaguarfreight.com/Client/

For user/sale who would like to access demo environment, please follow instruction below:

1) Click on Demo environment for Internal Application and log in as the demo account in order to create your own account on demo environment for your demo purpose with your own user name and password.

Please note that usually you would like to create an account that is the same as the production environment, so you can easily remember your username and password.

Demo account that can be used: demo@jaguarfreight.com password: Jaguar1

2) Once you created your account, you can logout from demo account and login as your own account to create client demo accounts (non-Jaguar accounts)

3) Method of creating non-jaguar accounts for demo:

a. Log on Internal Application demo environment > Admin > Users and Offices > Non - Jaguar tab

b. Click Add to create a new demo client account

c. Create a non- jaguar account that you will use to log on Client application demo environment with username, password, First name and last name to show on the welcome message on client application, E0. Client company or E0. Company group with enable client role and Part C to link to address book.

d. Most clients will set as E0.client company for the visibility. They will have visibility to that particular E0.client company shipments. For clients who would like to see many client company shipments, this can be set as E0.company group if the group is listed as an option. Or user can set the client role by E0.Client Company and add more client company to client profile this way.

e. Click ok.

4) Log on the client application demo environment by using the username and password that has been created. You are ready to demo.

This demo environment is in the process of speed improvement. This could cause some downtime. Please make sure that you notify us in advance before the date of demo that you will be using this demo environment for what Date and Time and please make sure that you have client demo account successfully created. We will make sure that you can do some demo smoothly for using the environment.
