* Use new link for editing shipment for the main report;

- 0001107: [*Bugs.Ops]756[Ops.CT.ListCTs] CTs that must be in "Delivered" are in "Live" + change in QUANTITY column logic;

Natalia:

- 0001104: [Ops.Pdfs.Ocean.CT.DeliveryOrder] Implement Ver - done;
- remove restriction on LCL - done;
- 0001081: [Ops.Pdfs.Ocean.CT.FreightRelease] implement v2.1 - almost finished;
