Apply below as changes to Ver 2.0.

• AMS B/L#: // default to empty
• Freight Location // pull also tel# from Admin. Addr Book
• Comments // should have max 5 lines. Warn user or restrict to that limit.
• Container No // if there is only one container then show cont#/size/type/seal, else print see below

Commodity section

In this section system lists info PER container

• commodity section columns:
  • Marks and Numbers // container #/size/type/seal
  • HU // ContTab
  • Description // list 3 things:
    • a) commodity count (x pallets (stc: x packages))
    • b) commodity descr (from GenTab.Commodity description)
    • c) CT# (only for group generate case)
    • Also, it should not take more than 3 lines on pdf. If it does cut whatever does not fit from b) commodity descr and display red status line somewhere on template: "Warning: Commodity description from General Tab is too long."
  • Gross Weight // ContTab
  • Volume // ContTab
• commodity section manipulation:
  • Line up/down
  • insert
  • delete
  • kg/lb // re-calc on the fly

• commodity sec // should fit up to 7 containers on the first page
• commodity sec // if more than one container - list volume only in totals. Display red status line somewhere on template: "Warning: Volume needs to be split manually across containers"

• If this CT's containers and contents are incomplete, (see http://mantis.jaguarfreight.com/wiki/Containers_and_Contents_Component#Completness_for_Containers_and_Contents ) then block generating document. Display:"Error: Can not generate pdf: Content or Containers table are incomplete."
