Tweak 1)
- showing of CT number as hyperlink
- Only Trucking-Domestic CTs can show all their CT# as hyperlink.
- All rest kind of CTs should show only first mention of CT as hyperlink.
Tweak 2)
- additional output fields
- AIR: Is required show greater of the weights. Chargeable Weight (a.k.a. ExpTab.17b: Chargeable weight) complies with the condition in requirement.
Just need to add it to list of output fields. - OCEAN-FCL: Is required show containers count. If use output field "Container Description" we can see this info.
- OCEAN-LCL: Is required show total CBM. We have output field "Cubic Meters" for this.
- AIR: Is required show greater of the weights. Chargeable Weight (a.k.a. ExpTab.17b: Chargeable weight) complies with the condition in requirement.
