Introduction
For all ocean shipments where Jaguar Freight issues an original house bill of lading (aka OHBL), it is very important for operations to know that an original house bill of lading was issued. Should a CT record that an OHBL was issued delivered before the buyer settled their bill with the seller, Jaguar Freight is now liable and can be legally pursued by the seller for the payment they did not receive
