1.User can Add/Edit/Remove Currency
2.Currency has fields:
- 1.name, 30 chars textbox (example: US dollars)
- 2.abbreviation, 3 chars textbox (example: USD)
3.Currency table is shared by all jag offices
[ex] Curr Exchange Rates
[ex1] exg rate is a number assigned to an ordered pair of currencies (curr1, curr2)
[ex2] example: (USD, GBP, 0.66)
