[cur] Currencies

1.User can Add/Edit/Remove Currency

2.Currency has fields:

• 1.name, 30 chars textbox (example: US dollars)
• 2.abbreviation, 3 chars textbox (example: USD)

3.Currency table is shared by all jag offices
