CT2 is several things at once:
- CT2 Web Based Software (another name: Cybertrax 2) - main "operational system" for JaguarFreight company
- CT2 project - project that has a goal to build Cybertrax 2
- CT2 wiki category - top (root) wiki category.

Info about CT2 is collected and maintained in wiki-type system which consists of a web of interlinked articles.
If you are just joined the team then the good place to start is to read articles here: Category:About.
There is a Category:Glossary as well but it is far from complete so might be confusing / not useful.
And of course as you read - get hands on experience with the system - play with the demo version located here:
