CBM's need to be displayed with 3 digits after the decimal point.

It is currently showing two digits after the decimal place.

Example: CBM = 1.111

ExpTab - 17 (17a for AIR): Cubic Meter.

NOTE: Now is 2(AIR) and 10(OCEAN) decimals.

InvTab - {Sales Invoice, Credit Note, Internal Invoice}.
