[edit] Supplier

(Or Shipper): This is a company who has something to ship. They can enter a traffic order once the product is ready to ship. Plus, they can view and track any given order, even through delivery.

[edit] E.M.

(External Manufacturer): This is an External Manufacturing company who places Purchase Orders with suppliers. They can authorize an Elizabeth Arden traffic order, as well as view previous orders. In some cases, an E.M. can be a ship to location.

[edit] Planner

This is a person who can authorize an Elizabeth Arden shipment. They can be located at an Elizabeth Arden facility or at an External Manufactures facility. In addition to authorizing a traffic order, the planner can view previous traffic orders.

[edit] Jaguar operator

A Jaguar operator becomes involved once a record is approved by a planner or an E.M.

[edit] CT record

This is a saved shipment that was created by a supplier. It is a unique number that identifies that specific traffic order.

[edit] Shipping request

Is when a supplier has a product ready to ship and makes contact Elizabeth Arden or an external Manufacturing for their authorization to ship.

[edit] Shipment

Is an approved CT record by a planner or E.M. for transportation.

[edit] Traffic Order

Is when a supplier has a product ready to ship and makes contact Elizabeth Arden or an external Manufacturing for their authorization to ship. Currently when a supplier has a product ready to ship, they fill out a traffic sheet, which was created by Elizabeth Arden, for their approval process.
