Biz Analyst Intro

Communication Center tab is a tool for communicating between client and Jaguar user(s) with E-mail Query Log (History) for specific shipment

Sys Analyst Intro

  • Query message is submitted by client user for a specific shipment
  • Message will be sent to recipient(s) by email
  • Message will be appeared on the E-mail query log history for a specific shipment
  • Message MUST be sent to:
  • Operator of last change (receiver)
  • Sender
  • CC list for client user(s) (Sender's colleague at his company. This should be populated from list of people who work at the same company)

Jaguar CC

Client can also CC this message to other Jaguar operators by adding their email that got populated from the system

Sorting and Grouping

Name must be sorted alphabetically and grouped by office


Query

Client can type message in this area in order to communicate with operator of last change and Jaguar operator(s),and/or with Client CC, and/or Jaguar CC

    • Submit button area
