Shipping through Fedex - for some "small" (parcels) CTs Jaguar is using Fedex as a carrier.
In this case:
- They arrange door to door
- Ct#Airline is set as blank
- CT#Pick-up Trucker is set as "Fedex"
- Ct#MAWB is set as "1111-1111-1111" (workaround, will be fixed in Exp_Tab_(component)#m2003)
