		+	[cm2] Commodity in template must be fixed 2 line tall text area. Delete what doesnt fit when pull  from CT rec. Do not show in pdf more than 2 lines.
		+	[cm3] In pdf: Commodity size in pdf must be 2 times as wide as Shipper size
		+	[cm4] In pdf: Delete CT# column
		+	[cm5] In pdf reorder columns: HAWB#, PCS, Gross kg, Shipper, Consignee, Commodity
