- Smartphone - a high-end mobile phone that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary feature phone (i.e. a modern low-end phone). A smart phone combines the functions of a personal digital assistant (PDA) and a mobile phone. Today's models typically also serve as portable media players and camera phones with high-resolution touchscreen, GPS navigation, Wi-Fi and mobile broadband access. Note that long term Mobile Strategy has yet to be decided upon (ie.. Native App, Mobile Website, or both).

1) Enable user to access shipment information when reading any document or communication that includes a link to a CyberTrax record.
2) Access to “quick link” and “shipment page”
3) Access “list shipments” and “watch list” and view records selected from these lists
4) Enable adding shipments to the “watch list”
5) Access “planner” approval functionality
6) Access to “e-mail queries” from a record
7) Enable “where is” search (short version is acceptable)
8) Enable download of files from the “document center”
