  • Solution (Architecture/Design) Phase - completed

• Mon, 6: Review of Solution (Marc/Alex), collecting feedback (significant changes requested)
• Mon-Fri: work on Final Version

Week of Aug 13 to 17

• Mon:
  • Final version of Solution completed and disseminated
  • Suggested WBS Work Breakdown Structure disseminated
• Tue:
  • WBS approved
  • Mantises created; developers assigned for estimation
• Fri:
  • Tasks estimated
  • Project Schedule / Release Date adjusted accordingly to estimates
