• ETD = Estimated Time of Departure (a.k.a Estimated Departure Date)
• ATD = Actual Time of Departure (a.k.a Actual Departure Date)
• ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival (a.k.a Estimated Arrival Date)
• ATA = Actual Time of Arrival (a.k.a Actual Arrival Date)

This report is used for identifying shipments for incomplete arrival/departure date report. This report will help user to know what shipments are not completed arrived/departed, so that user can update it.

[edit] Intro

• Generic meaning: System tells a client that the shipment SHOULD have arrived/departed yesterday or earlier, but there is no "Actual arrival/Departure Date" in the system(empty). Update is needed.
• This report can be managed through the saved and Scheduled report for class report dropdown and set the satisfied scheduled filters
  • Departure Past Due
    • Date Criteria: Estimated Departure Date is "yesterday or older" and Actual Departure Date is empty
    • Mode:
      • Ocean
      • Air
      • Truck
  • Arrival Past Due
    • Date Criteria: Estimated Arrival Date is "yesterday or older" and Actual Arrival Date is empty
    • Mode:
      • Ocean
      • Air
      • Truck

• These can be scheduled, daily, every other day, weekly etc.
• Report is a "re-occurring" report (shipments that are past due will occur on the report everyday until Actual arrival/Departure Dates are set!
• Report show Report info, date time stamp and how many records are found (number) on the excel spreadsheet

Important Note! Be aware of confusing terminology for truck modes here!

• Word "departure" on the report name is connected to CT fields that are named "pick-up". This is because for truck modes this is "the point of origin" and both words "departure" and "pick-up" are associated with "origin".
• Word "arrival" on the report name is connected to CT fields that are named "delivery". This is because for truck modes this is "the point of destination" and both words "arrival" and "delivery" are associated with "destination".

Mantis: 3272: (Past Due) include “port dates” in the current “past due arrival / past due departure” reports

[edit] Problem

• MOT = any OCEAN, the system only looks at the “terminals” but ignores the “ports”.

• If/when there is a different “origin terminal” and “port of loading” - there is no validation (past due departure) for the “port of loading” date.
• If/when there is a different “destination terminal” and “port of discharge” – there is no validation (past due arrival) for the “port of discharge” date.

Core requirements:

• We need to use “port dates” and “terminal dates” – independently and separately UNLESS they have the same value.

The solution suggested by Marc is to show on one tab two different groups of shipments that follow each other in report:

Departure Past Due

• 1) CTs which have the same "Origin Terminal" and "Port Of Loading" and their Terminal Dates are comply to specified Date Criteria:

• Origin Terminal ETD is “yesterday, or earlier than yesterday” AND Origin Terminal ATD is empty

• 2) CTs which have different "Origin Terminal" and "Port Of Loading" and their Port Dates are comply to specified Date Criteria

• Port Of Loading ETD is “yesterday, or earlier than yesterday” AND Port Of Loading ATD is empty

Arrival Past Due

• 1) CTs which have the same "Destination Terminal" and "Port Of Discharge" and their Terminal Dates are comply to specified Date Criteria:

• Destination Terminal ETA is “yesterday, or earlier than yesterday” AND Destination Terminal ATA is empty

• 2) CTs which have different "Destination Terminal" and "Port Of Discharge" and their Port Dates are comply to specified Date Criteria

• Port Of Discharge ETA is “yesterday, or earlier than yesterday” AND Port Of Discharge ATA is empty

NOTE for mapping: Dates in output should be mapped to Terminal/Port dates from used Criteria.
