- 1 New Strategic decision about "Holistic approach to IT and Web systems" approved by Simon - see notes11#itn1
- 2 Jaguar IT support knowledge exchange and re-structuring (to be completed by the end of March)
- 3 Career plan for BAs (clear career path, to be strong value for Jaguar and on the Market in general)
- 4 Formal IT training
- 5 Airstatus / EUAN team (I am completely out, Tira is a lead to deliver)
- 6 Rates module and SA team development will be my focus for the next several months
