- Module owner does NOT want to see ANY Trucking-Domestic CT records on this report. Proposed to provide the ability of generating the Daily Report without Trucking-Domestic CTs.

- If CT takes multiple lines in report then only first line should show CT number as hyperlink.

- We need to add the next output fields:
- Chargeable Weight (a.k.a. ExpTab.17b: Chargeable weight).
- Container Count - actual container count per CT record
- Example: CT record has container # AAAA 123456-7 & container # BBBB 456789-0, show container count: 2.
- Proposed if possible show zero CBM (output field "Cubic Meters") in FCL lines as blank cell (or other obvious way to distinguish it from CBM=0.00 in LCL lines).
