Original House Bill of lading

Original House Bill of lading: this is a shipping document issued by Jaguar Freight export operator for all ocean shipments (lcl or fcl).  Depending upon the selling terms between the seller, which can also be the shipper of the goods & the buyer, which can also be the consignee, of the goods shipping, is what determines whether or not an original house bill of lading is required.  If an original house bill was required, it is issued by Jaguar Freight in triplicate and then 2 of them are sent to the seller of the goods.  Once the seller receives their payment from the buyer, they sign the back of the original house bill of lading as a confirmation of payment received and then send that same original to the buyer.  The buyer then in turn surrenders it back to Jaguar Freight before the goods can be delivered.
